AI Disclosure

Attorney Armor uses artificial intelligence to help analyze scan results, prioritize findings, and draft explanatory content. This page describes how we use AI, what we do with your data, and the limits you should assume. It is maintained by Attorney Armor and is not an independent certification.

Where AI is used

• Finding triage and summaries — AI helps classify severity and draft plain-language explanations of technical findings.
• Report narrative — AI assists in drafting remediation guidance included in assessment reports.
• Published content — some blog and resource material is AI-assisted and reviewed by our team before publication.

Human oversight

AI output is decision support, not an autonomous decision-maker. No account suspension, billing action, or customer-facing security conclusion is taken solely on the basis of an automated output without a human in the loop. If you believe an automated result is wrong, contact us and a person will review it.

Limitations you should assume

• AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated statements ("hallucinations").
• AI output is not legal advice and does not establish compliance with any law, regulation, insurance requirement, or client outside-counsel guideline.
• Verify remediation steps in a non-production environment before applying them to live systems.

Data handling

• We send only the technical scan metadata needed to generate a result to our AI providers.
• We do not authorize our AI providers to train foundation models on your content.
• AI processing is covered by the subprocessor terms in our Data Processing Addendum.
• Do not paste privileged client material, health information, or payment card data into AI-assisted fields.

Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for validating findings, for the security decisions your firm makes, and for compliance with bar rules on technology competence and client confidentiality. See our Disclaimer and Acceptable Use Policy.
