Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Attorney Armor platform. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.
The service
Attorney Armor provides cybersecurity assessments, monitoring, and reporting designed for law firms. Specific features available depend on your subscription tier.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
- Only scan assets you own or are explicitly authorized to assess.
- Do not attempt to circumvent platform security, rate limits, or access controls.
- Do not use the platform to violate any law or third-party right.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing with at least 30 days' notice prior to your next renewal.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least the same care it uses for its own, and not less than a reasonable standard of care.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is". Attorney Armor disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Security assessments reduce, but do not eliminate, the risk of compromise.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attorney Armor's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Terms will not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends; certain provisions survive termination.
