These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AttorneyArmor platform. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.
AttorneyArmor provides cybersecurity assessments, monitoring, and reporting designed for law firms. Specific features available depend on your subscription tier.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing with at least 30 days' notice prior to your next renewal.
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least the same care it uses for its own, and not less than a reasonable standard of care.
The platform is provided "as is". AttorneyArmor disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Security assessments reduce, but do not eliminate, the risk of compromise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AttorneyArmor's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Terms will not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends; certain provisions survive termination.
